TOP 5 SPRING TRENDS

The second March hits, I am in complete spring mode. All I can think about are shorts, swimwear, and sunshine. This got me thinking about all the spring items I'll be needing and decided to do a little post to help you out as well. Here are my top 5 spring trends that NEED to be in your closet this season.

1. BASIC TEE'S AND TANKS

I can't tell you enough how important it is to get yourself some good quality basic tees and tanks. I personally believe Nordstrom has some of the best ones all for only $20. I love their basic v-necks, peplums, and tanks. The tank I'm wearing in this pic is only $10 and comes in several different colors. Investing in some of these basics can help your wardrobe out so much. You won't believe how many ways you can style different outfits with just a few added basics in your closet. They're especially great for layering when it's not quite hot enough to wear tanks alone.

2. NECK AND HAIR SCARVES

I adore neck and hair scarves now. I always thought they looked so timeless and classy and can't wait to get my hands on a few of them. They look so cute with v-neck blouses or in your hair if you're at the pool or at dinner.

3. ONE-PIECE CUT OUT SWIM

Okay wow! Have y'all noticed that one piece swimsuits are soooooo in style right now. I'm totally a bikini kind of girl but I can't stop myself from getting a few of the cutest one pieces out there. I love the different ways that they can be cut out and the different straps that they can have. I've seen more cute one-pieces than bikinis this year. Check out this post for my favorites.

4.ESPADRILLES

It's no secret that espadrilles are the seasons hottest, must have shoe. They were so cute last year, and they've come out with even cuter ones this year. I'm obsessed with them and can't wait to get some in more colors! Also, Target has great dupes for designer espadrilles if you're looking for a cheaper option. I've listed a few, both high end and affordable down below.

5. LAYERED JEWELRY

I absolutely love this trend because layered necklaces are my favorite way to dress up an outfit. They are soooo cute to pair with basic tops. You can get some that are shorter and longer, depending on the look you're going for.
